Drove around London for almost 2-hours picking up other people that were not ready to leave and then delivered to wrong ship when signs clearly stated directions to Princess Cruise. Took us 4 hours to do what is normally a 1.5 hour trip. Make sure to pay for a private transfer!!!

I had a very bad trip into London from Southampton 3 weeks earlier trying to manage a large heavy suitcase and a walker. At the last minute Trainline made us transfer to a large crowed bus with 3 STEEP steps onto the bus and off again on to another train to get to Waterloo. Not a good thing for a mobility challenged person. I know the transfer service is expensive. But, believe me it’s worth the comfort and the peace of mind. The driver was polite and an excellent driver.

We paid 349 dollars for this transfer and intended to tip him. Did not help with luggage. Very dissatisfied with this service.

The vehicle was fine and comfortable and comparatively, a good value. THE NEGATIVE was the driver (female) spoke no English, she was Portuguese. Communicating was difficult
