The staff were amazing ensuring everyone was comfortable and food was great. It was beautiful sailing and the scenery great. My son and grandchildren loved the snorkelling and watching the baby sharks swimming around. Recommend this trip as not over crowded.

This company is disorganized in terms of transport leaving the Port, so you will probably not get home until much later than you anticipated. The employees on the boat were very loud and intrusive – they would approach me trying to sell their services even if I had headphones in and was reading a book. The boat ride takes 90 minutes to get to the island. You spend WAY more time in transport than you do on the island – not worth the effort. There are closer islands you can go to.

I was staying near Port Denarau, and wanted a day trip to experience one of the smaller islands. This did not disappoint! The island of Tivua was absolutely stunning, crystal clear water and excellent snorkeling. The boat ride is close to 90mins each way – but the time actually flies by. The crew are excellent and create a really fun energy throughout. The BBQ lunch was good quality and did seem to have a range of vegetarian options too. Overall – fantastic experience, would recommend!

The team very friendly and the buffet lunch was great, morning tea and afternoon tea could have been better.
We have a 1h delay in leaving the port but I feel then we did not recover the time in the island so the trip was 1h less than what it was expected. I feel we needed more time.

Ok tour. Well advertised, over-rated tour. Took us out to Tivua island for half a day. Snorkeling experience is ok. In spite of swimming far away from the shore, not much to see ( coral reefs, fish, etc…). I guess the area is not a good place to snorkel. Drink on the boat is not included.

The crew members were very friendly and entertaining. The snorkelling equipment was good and snorkelling was well guided. Our only suggestion would be to stay at the island for longer, at least another hour would have been good. Some more kayaks would have been good too. There was only one for hire.

Poor communication: something they must improve. I did not get the details of the booking especially the instructions for hotel pick-up. Neither did they offer the next sailing on that same day.
Timing: pick-up was very early, but the cruise departure was late. Again, there were no announcements on the late departure.
Activity: given the late arrival and the early departure, time on the island was around 4 hours only – barely enough to enjoy the glass-bottom boat, massage, lunch, or snorkeling.
Meals: perhaps the only redeeming value of this cruise was the unlimited drinks and the friendly staff on the island.

The adventure to Tivua was so fun and the cooked lunch far surpassed what I expected! The trip back and forth was a joy with so much singing, dancing, and treats! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful island. We saw 100 baby turtles hatch and run to the sea. Bbq was good. We were told that there were free drinks included all day but when we got on the boat we told that it was only on the island a dmall bottle water was $5

Great day! Would highly recommend this tour! The staff was wonderful, Sala was so sweet with the kids at the kids club. Food was great, lots of selection for lunch and on board snacks were also good. Snorkeling was amazing right off shore and swimming with the tiny sharks at the beach was a highlight. Mostly though the staff needs to be recognized for making the day so good, I hope they all get a nice bonus from this company!
