The outside car to get a majestic view. EC was great with stories & pointing to interesting sites & camera opportunities. Abby was great inside the car. The seats inside were so comfortable. Champagne toast and cheese, meat & cheese board delicious.

We took Verde Canyon tour Fri. Feb. 3.2024. The panoramic views were exceptional and the red clay
rock formations were really unique. However, continuing to conduct a tour with large heavy furniture that is not bolted down is irresponsible due to situations that arise where conductors have to pull the emergency stop. This is what occurred on our tour. The stop was pulled because of rocks on the tract. Understandable. But tour providers have the responsibility to do all in their power to insure the safety of their guests. And since employees stated its a reoccuring situation that cause injuries they exposed us to unecessary injury and trama. UNACCEPTABLE

This was part of my besties bachelorette weekend – Cynthia had so much fun and kept saying how much she loved the train ride (as did all of us) I would highly recommend it to anyone, any age, for any occasion and the entire staff was outstanding and a special thanks to the staff in our car as they made this trip even more special and memorable for the bride-to-be by having the entire car raise a glass in her honor and continually checking to be sure we were all having a good time – they truly went above and beyond !!!

The tour guides had excellent information for us and pointed out interesting sights. We had a full bar, delicious appetizers and our hostess was friendly and fun.
We loved the outdoor car and took beautiful pictures from there. It was a delightful day!

The train was nicely apportioned, very clean and welcoming. Our bartender was very friendly (I don’t remember her name- bejeweled cat eye glasses). Our narrator (I don’t remember his name, blonde ponytail, 20 something) was quite knowledgeable for one month on the job. Fantastic family event.
