This was one of the best activities we did while visiting Tasmania. Our boats Captain and deckhands were extremely knowledgeable and up for having fun. To think there was nothing south of us except Antartica. We got to see ocean birds, fur seals and dolphins. On the way back we saw a few whales and went out to watch them. This is an experience not to be missed.

Fantastic tour, all the staff were amazing. They couldn’t do more for you. I was sick on the boat and they go above to make sure you are ok. Our bus driver – David was very informative and made us laugh. The food was delicious.

The cruise along the rugged coastline was so memorable everything that you could imagine caves, blow holes, wild life seals and dolphins swimming beside the boat this was an incredible experience will always remember this

Excellent day, well organized, with friendly and very professional and helpful guides who had great knowledge of the local area and conditions. Both our driver/ deck hand Dave and our boat captain ( ? Andrew) we’re so funny and kept us all entertained but safe and comfy as could be. Our captain was an amazing boats man too.

We had an amazing trip with our tour leader Isabelle. She was bright, friendly and professional in everything she did throughout the tour. The boat ride was spectacular – we even hit a thresher shark on the way back!!
Morning tea and lunch at Adventure Bay were tasty and fresh.
This was a great experience from the check-in down on the docks right through to our safe return.

Can’t say enough about this tour. Had an absolutely amazing time. If you enjoy being on a boat and enjoy beautiful scenery this is definitely a trip to book. Took a short bus ride from Hobart over to the marina for the ferry over to the island. Stopped along the way for a photograph opportunity. Made it to adventure Bay where we were greeted with tea and a muffin. Then we all were provided full length windbreaker rain jackets for the boat ride. Everybody got seatbelted in the adventure boat and we begin the adventure. Very safe boat ride. Absolutely breathtaking views all along Bruny island. The boat captain was very knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. Don’t worry about what side of the boat you sit on since the boat captain makes it a point to stop and allow everybody on the boat to get as many pictures as they want. We saw fur seals, jellyfish, and raced bottlenose dolphins. Absolutely highly recommend this excursion.

The adventure and excitement of riding on the waves was amazing, a lifetime experience. The guides were passionate, humorous and informative. It was nice seeing the seals, dolphins and seabirds. Definitely a trip well worth and highly recommended for those who like excitement as the waves can get quite high on some days. Thank you for a wonderful cruise!

Bruny Island has an extremely beautiful coastline and the boat trip was exhilarating and exciting. The whole day was memorable. I would recommend it to young and old.

We loved all parts of this tour. Our guide Nat was super friendly and knowledgeable and made the day run smoothly. The boat tour was the best we’ve seen, able to get up close to see the seals and dolphins and get some good photos. The staff had good attention to detail taking into account travel sickness and providing ginger tablets as needed for passengers and staff also regularly checked in on us to make sure we were feeling well throughout the three hour boat cruise. Lunch was amazing too. Only wish we had more time at ‘The Neck’ lookout. But could not fault the tour in any other way, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would look forward to booking again on any future Tasmania trips.

I have never seen so many seals in one place. The guys on the boat were excellent – funny but knowledgeable and concerned for our safety at all times

Saw Doplhins, Seals, Albatrosses. Amazing nature and scenery. Fish and chips lunch provided by the tour was delicious.

Our boat driver and crew man were incredible. They made sure everyone had a fun and exciting time while keeping everyone engaged and interested and safe. I travelled with a 15 year old and a 1 year old. Both were engaged and both loved every second (even when the 1yr old was fast asleep in my jacket). We saw amazing natural features, glorious creatures and wonderful dolphins.
I would highly recommend this tour for anyone.

Without a doubt, the jet boat component of the tour was the standout highlight. Driver Ben was most informative and entertaining, and David his sidekick was a masterful assistant. The way they manoeuvred the boat to get the most out of each experience was awesome. Upclose to caves, blowcaves, teeny tiny passageways between rock formations and large colonies of resting seals was fantastic. The occasional crazy 360° donuts added to the the adventure.
The restaurant from where we arrived and departed provided very good meals and Sandra at reception was very generous with her time and assistance as we borrowed extra layers against the cold, and stored our belongings.
Ben (a different Ben) the bus driver and guide is to be commended for his commentary and careful manoeuvring of our big bus onto the ferry for the crossing to Burny Island and return. The stop he made at the chocolate shop was a great choice and his consideration in dropping us near our hotels upon our rainy return was gratefully accepted.
I have praised the experience to my fellow tour passengers who have already booked to go.
