Howard, our guide, was superb!! We loved the Herriott Museum, the stops at memorable spots used for filming both series, old and new, lunch in the pub used in the new series, and the gorgeous Yorkshire Dales.

We have wanted to visit Yorkshire since we began watching Last Tango in Halifax during the pandemic as well as
All Creatures big and small . We decided that when we were free to travel again we would go visit the area . Our plans came true and the towns and moors and dales were unbelievably beautiful. The Herriot museum and surrounding filming locations were icing on the cake . Our driver ,Chris was a fan of the show and was pointing out many filming locations . I corresponded with Lucy at the tour company for over a year and she was most helpful .

Howard was the best kind of tour guide: extremely knowledgeable, funny, and willing to go the extra mile to make our tour both unique and highly personalized. We enjoyed the scenery and points of interest as much as our day-long conversation with Howard; it was immediately obvious how much he cared about this special place he calls home. This tour is not to be missed.

Our guide Alan had a great sense of history of the Dales and conveyed it in a way that it came alive! Our family had an interest in the sites associated with All Creatures Great and Small (new series) and Alan knew where all the great locations were and did a wonderful job getting us around. We were comfortable throughout our entire trip!

We had such a fabulous tour with Alan! We booked a private All Creatures tour for our family of four and it was absolutely perfect. Our tour guide was local to the area and also a huge fan of the show. He had great recommendations and was super flexible with our preferences. He brought us to so many filming sites and gave us so much great information along the way. Incredibly easy to talk to and made our experience a memorable one.
