I joined by myself, the bus arrived on time. The driver and guide were so nice. We had plenty of time to take photos at Chichen Itza and swim at the Cenote as well. It was very satisfy! Lunch was included and delicious! Highly recommended.

Had a great trip with Rey and Alfredo who showed up right on time to pick us up at our resort. The ancient city was an incredible sight and the guide was very informative. The cenote was nice. Lunch is ok. The tacos were good but some of the buffet items weren’t great. Closed out the day in Valladolid which was a nice town with a lot of history.

We did this tour and booked it 2 days in advanced. The service was great and we made sure the night before that we confirmed they had to pick us up at the designated pick up area which they replied promptly that the next day they would pick us up. We made our way there and they arrived on time! The guide was excellent, extremely friendly! You have to pay for Chichen Itza on the bus with either cash or card ( card you have to scan a QR code and do it online). The bus trip is great and the bus is air conditioned. When we got the Chichen Itza it was professional and we got our ticket went on a 45 minute guided tour and then could have another 30 mins of free time. The guide was so knowledgeable so we loved this! Though personally it wasn’t really enough time to explore on our own but it is a bus tour so it is expected. We just ran around the whole area so we could see everything. We then made our way to Chichikan where we were left alone and had a delicious buffet, wow, it has so much and it was delicious and then we went in the cenote which was magical. You have to pay for a locker and life jacket here which is quite silly as the cenote isn’t deep. Then we went to Valladolid where we only had 30 minutes to walk around, we opted to walk around the area and grabbed some yummy ice cream. Overall amazing day out and worth all the money! They also provided some water on the bus for you while you before you explore Chichen Itza!

The guide Luis was very interesting and funny! The cenote was beautiful, we arrived early at chichen itza so there was not too many people we were able to take great pictures and enjoy the beautiful site! Very memorable tour. We got the chance to visit Valladolid also which was wonderful! Thank you so much 🙂

Our trip started with the Chichen Itza temple with Norma as our guide. She is very informative and entertaining. It was hot, but she tried to keep us in shade as much as possible. We left and visited the cenotes and enjoyed the water and view. Didn’t get to swim in cenotes due to chemicals in my hair, but we enjoyed it and food. The last stop in town square of Valladolid was amazing and saw different colored pigeons than in the US. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

No one showed up to pick me up at my hotel. I waited almost 2hrs with no word at all! I eventually managed to make contact to be told that there had been a mistake with my booking and no one was coming for me!

The tour was well organized and the tour guides, Rey and Mariam and driver Ivan, were great. The lunch provided for the tour was also good.

The tour guide Tino was very polite and professional. The bus was clean and air conditioned. Would do it again

The tour director was very informative, but seemed to have a Mayan inferiority complex. My wife, an educator was disappointed that he characterized adults as people who told children to “sit down and shut up”. Chichen Itza itself was wonderful. The Cenote was nice and the food was just OK. Valladolld didn’t really add much to the tour. It was more like a tourist trap town. The worst part was the length of the tour. Instead of starting the bus tour from Cancun, it was started in Playa del Carmen, which added half an hour in each direction. We were told the tour would last 11 hours. Instead, it took 14-1/2 hours and we missed our dinner reservation. In retrospect, I wish we had taken one of the other Chichen Itza tours.

Chicken Itza itself and the knowledge of the Mayan culture that our tour guide, Norma shared with us. Her assistant was great, the coach driver was great and the motor coach was top of the line. Overall trip was good. Buffet lunch did not meet our expectations. Good have been better.

Great and professional day trip to Chichen Itza, visit of cenote and Valladolid. Everything was done as said in the program with addition of many interesting Mayan facts from our guide! The buffet lunch at the cenote was also very enjoyable.
Martin, Victor and Ivan were the best team!
I highly recommend the tour, especially if you do not have your car and are on a tight travel schedule.
