Alex the guide was amazing! The wine tasting was so good but highlight was defo the Pisa! You have to climb up even if you don’t want to, it’s an experience! Sienna was a bit boring but overall it was nice

Great trip to quickly see the sites, the driver and guide were great too. Four stars because the lunch at the winery was a waste of a meal and subpar at best. Save the extra €35 they charge and either bring your own or get yourself something else to eat. The wine was passable for cooking at best and nothing more and I’m talking—ALL varietals poured. I didn’t have the courage to try the vino santo after all 3 were unpalatable; the thin slice of baked pork was dry as a bone; hard to screw up potatoes that were heated in a microwave, and they sold that same undrinkable wine at the gift shop that was tourist overpriced. Thank god for the passable, sparsely meat filled ragu pasta to help get you through the day. Save yourself money and don’t purchase the wine at their store. You won’t even have to pay this much for a good local vin de table for a local vigneron at a grocery story with much better quality.
Everything else had no complaints.

This was a 12 hour excursion & recommend good walking shoes. The tour guide Alessandro & driver Danielle were excellent. We drove through Tuscany as Alessandro explained the history of the area in an entertaining way. The stop in Sienna was led by guide Roseanne? Who was excellent describing the town’s architecture, history & the Cathedral. We then drove to an organic winery & farm for a delicious lunch & wine of course, then drove onto Pisa at dusk. It was a very enjoyable day. The only negative is although the coach bus is new & large, the bathroom was locked. Otherwise I would highly recommend this trip.

We had such an amazing day. Gloria was so informative and entertaining, Nichola was the best driver we could’ve asked for to take us through those super tiny roads. It is a great way to see the best of Tuscany if you only have a few days in Florence.

Have a fantastic time. Our guide Gloria was the best guide we’ve ever had. She was knowledgeable but didn’t loose your attention with boring facts. She was friendly and took good care of us. Nicoli our driver was great too, making us feel comfortable through the tight and winding roads.

The tour guide, Gloria either did not have a good grasp of the English language or she was not knowledgeable. She often got confused in the middle of a story and abandoned it all together. Many times she did not make sense. She wasn’t very friendly or helpful. She also said an antisemitic trope That was not appreciated or necessary.
The tour guide in Siena was even worse. She told her own personal experiences of Siena more than the history. When touring the cathedral that houses many great works of art she kept saying if I’m not talking about a famous work of art it’s not because it’s junk, it’s because it was not done in the 15th century. So her ignored famous works of art and we were not given free time to explore in the cathedral ourselves. She didn’t explain much history, but she blathered on about nonsense.
The lunch was tasty, but very simple, the wine was just ok.
The time of day we arrived in Pisa was not great for taking pictures because the sun was going down. The bus driver drove very well-that is the biggest compliment I can give for this tour.
I’m surprised that this trip is supported by viator. I have taken other tours through viator that were excellent. Thus tour was put on my walkabout-never again. Do not waste your money. If you are a sophisticated traveler you will be disappointed with this trip. My friend I was traveling with felt the same way.
Had there not been the antisemitic trope I would have given 2 stars.

This tour was full of value for the price. A full day tour that takes you to 3 cities outside of Florence and lunch at a farmhouse winery. The groups are very large, so if you like smaller groups or a more personal experience, maybe this is not the right one for you. But if you want value for money and a full packed day, this works. Our guide was very friendly and even got a birthday treat for my boyfriend while everyone sang happy birthday. Was a good day.

Our tour guide Lavinia and the bus driver Nando are the best team. We had so much fun but most important we learned a lot of history about the Tuscan region and the medieval era.
We had good food and great wine at the farm, they were very friendly, amazing views and overall a great experience…bring very comfortable and shoes because there is a lot of walking…. I also would like to thank Donatella for sharing very interesting and important information about Siena with us. She is kind and very fashionable. Very recommend tour!!!

Our guide Lavinia was exceptional, and the main reason why the day was so good. Lunch was brilliant and tasty, plenty of food and delicious wine. We got to Pisa about 40 minutes before sunset, a stunning time of day to see the tower and look around. The tour was always on time and we feel as though there was sufficient time in each town. This was the best day I spent in Italy, cannot recommend highly enough!!

We were very disappointed, because not only was the cathedral closed in sienna but when we got to peso, there were no more tickets to get in anywhere. It was a long drive for nothing. I would not recommend this tour which too frustrating for travelers to go such a long way and not be able to see what they came for. The tour guide should have checked ahead of time and acquire tickets. 🙁
