They had a English translator who provided us with feedback prior to departing. During the trip he was around if anyone had questions.
They took you out to where whales are spotted and after awhile of joy seeing one they moved us to another location. They were awesome in pointing out where to look and moving us closer to see the whales

A lot of people were sea sick and the staff was very helpful and provided all required things that were needed. Make sure to take motion sickness medication prior to going! The day started out rough, but ended up being a very nice day with whale families!
