Our family went on an amazing private day-long tour of Yellowstone with Adam and KC. They picked us up at our cabin in Island Park and drove us all the way to Lamar Valley. Along the way we saw a black bear, elk, bison and red dogs, moose, Pika, marmots, badger, coyote and pups, wolf, and more. Adam knew where to stop and provided detailed information about the park and its animals. This was the highlight of our stay at Yellowstone.

We had a wonderful time with our very knowledgeable guide. We checked off every animal on our must see list and had just the best time. I have a disability that causes mobility issues and K.C. was great and got us too everything with no obstacles to even worry about. I’m calling them when we come back next year.

KC was a wonderful guide that showed us more than we expected. Besides showing us wildlife that Yellowstone has to offer, he was very informative with the history of Yellowstone. Definitely recommend this company.

Our guide, Scott, was excellent for our entire family. We really enjoyed the day and saw all the wildlife gad hoped for.

Tied to Nature gave us the best experience when we visited Yellowstone. Our tour guide Adam was awesome! Highly recommend. We saw wildlife we never would have spotted on our own. We saw wolves, a black bear, bald eagle, tons of bison, elk and more.

Scott was the most knowledgeable tour guide, he found all the wildlife on our bucket list we wanted to see. Great lunch and all around awesome experience.

I brought my family to Yellowstone so they could share in its wonder. This was my 5th trip, but their first. I booked this trip so that they had the best chance of seeing the wildlife in the Fall. Scott was our guide, and he was great! Best eyes in the business – he could spot an ant at a mile! The weather cooperated, and the stars were aligned – we saw a grizzly and mountain goats (at a very far distance). We saw elk, bison, deer, wolves, and (hard to believe) moose! This is very unusual, and not everyone will have this experience, but his experience really helped maximize the odds. Scott was also very thoughtful – I’m developing cataracts, and anything smaller than a mountain is a bit of a blur – knowing that, he fixed his camera to the spotter scope so I could get my best view on the camera screen. I recommend the trip and Scott very highly!

We were fortunate to have Scott as a private guide on the wilder tour.
He was so incredibly knowledgeable and shared this with us in the nicest way.
The amount of wildlife we saw was amazing
.We, if we were on our own would not have been patient enough to wait to see a mother bear and her two Cubs come back.
But Scott said she will most likely come back into view.
Sure enough 10 minutes later we had a great view of the mother and saw the two Cubs climbing a tree. Spectacular.
Scott’s story and knowledge of the area from growing up here made this day the highlight of our trip to Yellowstone.
Thank you Scott and Tied to Natire. Tricia, Nate and Debbie.

Brian was an excellent guide. Very personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We saw bears, a wolf, lots of bison, a marmot, mountain goat, and beautiful scenery. He explained about the different land areas, and seemed to enjoy the experience right along with us. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

Spent a memorable day in the park with Brian. He shared his knowledge and experience and hidden viewing spots to ensure we saw all our bucket list items! We couldn’t recommend them more!

Our guides, Brian and Levi, were absolutely fantastic! They were very informative, knowledgeable, accommodating, and had great senses of humor that made the tour fun and extremely enjoyable! We saw bison, elk, pronghorns, white-tailed deer, mule deer, four grizzly bears, a coyote, sand hill cranes and several other beautiful bird species. My wife and I, along with our four grown children had a great time and were very glad we did it!

We have been on many guided tours in several national parks and this was the best tour yet. We saw so much wildlife…bison and “red dogs”, pronghorn, black bear and cubs, grizzly bear, elk, moose, sandhill cranes and chicks, snowshoe hare, bald eagle and chicks, bighorn sheep, coyotes, killdeer, pelicans, otter, ground squirrels, and mountain bluebirds. Our tour guide, Scott, was extremely knowledgeable about animals, geology, history of the park and many other things. We learned a lot from him! He was very thoughtful and accommodating to our special needs. Even though he has been doing guided tours for 10 years he was excited every time we saw an animal. His enthusiasm was contagious. The lunch was delicious and generous. It was an absolutely amazing tour!!! Well worth the money. We highly recommend this tour!

John picked us up promptly at our hotel bright and early. We wasted no time siting wildlife. John’s in the park a lot and he knows just where to look plus he’s got an eagle’s eye for new sitings. We saw black bears ( one with cubs) antelope, bison, elk, sand bill cranes, woodpeckers, coyotes with pups, and a couple of grizzlies!! Without John’s help and spot and scope gear we wouldn’t have seen half as much! John was a joy and made our trip extra memorable!!!

We are a family of 7 from Michigan. There is no way I could have replicated this experience without this guided tour. Our guide Levi was great. Very knowledgeable on where to find the wildlife and could spot it a mile away. We saw a grizzly and cub, mule deer, bison, osprey, pronghorn, elk, coyote pups, mountain goat, and top it off a black wolf.

We had an excellent time! The 5:30 start time was absolutely worth it to see wildlife.
Our guide, Brian, was excellent at finding bears, bison and mountain sheep.
Brian has extensive knowledge about the animals and history of the Park.
    It was an enjoyable day!

Rarely does a tour live up to, let alone exceed expectations. This one was better than we hoped. Scott was fantastic. He is super knowledgeable and very engaging. I 100 percent would do this tour again.

TONS of Bison, and also saw Pronghorn Antelope and Elk. Unbelievable scenery. LEVI was a GREAT tour guide—did a fantastic job—great stories and VERY knowledgeable.

Trying to give a fair and balanced review. The reason we booked this tour was to see wolves, bears, and moose. We saw none of those. We are from central Pa. We can see black bear, elk, coyote, and eagles here or close by. We wanted to see what we can’t see around home. In addition we had already seen vast herds of buffalo and prong horn on our own.
We knew there was no guarantee to see a bear, a moose or a wolf. But, we were pretty hopeful to see at least one of the three.
I think it would be better if when Viator took a reservation they asked what the customer wanted to see. Our guide told us during our tour that the chances of seeing a bear are much better in the spring and that there aren’t many moose in the park since the return of the wolves. Wish I had known that before I booked the tour.
Our guide was very nice. He really, really tried to spot wildlife for us. We definitely did see animals that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise—he spotted an eagle and a coyote. He really tried to find us a mountain goat. He tried to find a bear as well. He took us where they had been seen recently.
We would not have gone to the Lamar valley if we had not been with a guide. It was spectacular, and there were just so, so many buffalo. We also saw herds of antelope.
I don’t regret the tour. We enjoyed it. BUT had I known the unlikelihood of seeing either wolves, bear, or moose on this tour at this time, I wouldn’t have booked in the first place.
