My driver was 30 minutes late which gave me super bad anxiety considering that the airport was an hour away. They say they include water which is a lie. You’re better off with booking with grab, it will be cheaper too. On the bright side, the support lady was nice and very communicative.

Our ride was not at the airport to meet us. We had a vendor at the airport call for us a driver did eventually pick us and transport us to our hotel. The vehicle and driver were okay.
When the vendor wrote to apologize for the difficulties they blamed me for not providing my arrival information. This was all included in the ride request and was actually printed on my confirmation email.
