Great service. Did not have to wait to get transport to hotel, great communication and return was right on time! Many people at our resort where frustrated because their transportation was late, very late and some had to make different arrangements to not miss their flight. So glad we didn’t have to worry. While I thought our shuttle driver did a great job during a busy traffic time in San Jose del Cabo, he got pulled over by a police officer. Honestly, I do not know what the driver did wrong, or it could have been a police “fundraiser”.

The shuttle for our return picked us up 2.5 hours prior to our return flight, didn’t take the nice direct route to the airport, stopped at two other resorts to get passengers, took the long route through town to avoid toll roads, and dropped us at the domestic departure terminal. Bad experience, never use this service. We would like a raging for our return trip!!

Met by a fabulous staff at San Lucas airport directed to shuttle taken to resort awesome. However pick up was a shambles, shuttle drive was 18 minutes late and I could not get through on the phone, then shuttle driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal 🥲 had to get a cab to take us to the other terminal.

We had clear directions once we exited Customs. There was a short wait for our car to arrive. We rode with another couple who was staying nearby our destination and we ended up meeting up with them later on in the week. We felt safe the whole time and were dropped off at our destinations door. I searched around for several airport transportation options to San Jose del Cabo and, round trip, this was the cheapest per person!
