The tour itself of the Nairobi National Park was very good. Our driver Joseph was both friendly and knowledgable and his vehicle was clean. Where this rating suffers is that I only booked the tour of the National Park, yet half way through the tour the driver informed me that the other people on the tour were going to the Elephant Sanctuary and the Giraffe Park. I had already visited these two locations just two days prior and really had no interest in doing so again or spending the time and money to do so again. My only option was to sit and wait for them or go inside and pay to see something I had just seen. My 4 hour National Park tour should have only lasted approximately 6 hours with travel time included – Instead it took over 10 hours. If you plan to book with this company – make sure that you ask up front if you are going to be dragged around to sites that you have no intention of seeing or paying for.

Joseph was absolutely amazing. We had a lunch fiasco at our hotel and he was so patient waiting for us in the van until we could close our bill out. From beginning to end, he was so courteous and knowledgeable and thorough. He pointed out so many animals for us (some were so hidden!) that it would be hard to list what we didn’t see. The trails are pretty bumpy too, but Joseph was an excellent driver and took his time maneuvering bumps and potholes to reduce the jostling. Would definitely recommend Joseph and ask for him again if we’re ever back in Nairobi. Thanks for such a memorable experience!

It was an amazing experience seeing animals up close and personal. This trip did not disappoint. Our tour guide John was very friendly, knowledgeable and great at spotting the lions. We’d highly recommend this tour.

To be honest, we were disappointed. We enjoyed seeing the animals. And, we were blessed to see many!
However, we paid for a tour that was to include water and WiFi . None was offered or provided.
Our guide, Julian, was nice, but very distracted with his phone. He did not pay attention to the people standing in the vehicle and started moving before saying something. It was difficult to keep from falling.
In addition, and definitely not your problem, but considering the number of people who visit Nairobi national Park, it was unbelievably unmaintained. The roads need work. A toilet facility need to be added within the park!

My overall experience was ok, my only complaint is that at the end of the tour, my tour guide dropped me at a random hotel in Nairobi. When I told him this was not my hotel he told me this was the final stop. I then had to summon a Uber to take me home which was very inconvenient and frustrating because I’m not familiar with the city and it’s transit service.
