Worst experience ever. The pick up took forever, and then once on the boat it was a pure mess. A factory for tourists. Horrible service, super loud and unfriendly staff. A complete waste of our time and money. To avoid by any means.

I booked this trip after reading pretty much all good reviews about it and the food and all, and I was so excited for it – I couldn’t stop telling my family how great it would be.
The van to take us to the boat took nearly an hour in total with all of it’s constant stops for more and more passengers. We finally arrived and boarded at 8:30PM, of which the description said the boat would depart at 8PM. Nope! The boat did not depart until nearly 10PM. So what does that mean? That meant we were not served dinner until almost 10:30PM – of which was nothing good, nor worth the money at all.
The boat circled around in the water a ton and hardly seemed to go buy all of the “sight-seeing” aspects it described.
The goal clearly was to pack as many people on as possible (to profit as much as possible), as we were sitting elbow to elbow at a dinner table that fit 20 people each stacked against rows and rows of tables.
The entertainment was great though! I will commend that!
Nonetheless, do not waste your money on this! It was tacky and cheap. You can get way more at the fun restaurants all around the city than you can on this boat – do not be fooled!

Herded to the ship via 2 different vans, cattle class. At ship we were ticked off a list like school children.
We were shown to a table with uncomfortable wooden chairs and were not allowed to sit together.
The cold metze food was already laid out on table , tasteless, poor service so we left ship before we left . Awful experience for anyone with any taste. Compared to a previous ship dinner in Paris with Viator 3 months earlier which was superb.

The trip overall was very good.
We took the night trip from 8 to 11:30 pm. The view is amazing you get to see istanbul from the sea (the bridges, the m mosques and the architecture) and a chance to get tons of gorgeous photos at the ship deck.
The shows also was good (belly dancing and some cultural shows).
Negative points were food (below average) and searing as it is group tables (each table like 10 people seated next to each other which isn‘t good for couples).
Another good point was the disco floor, for the last hour they played some music hits and you get a chance to dance 🕺 and have some fun before ending the night 🙂
