I was excited to take this tour since it was different from a typical afternoon tea.
The food was what I expected. The tour part was not. We did drive around the city for 90 minutes but there was no commentary. Wished someone would have given info about the areas we were passing or pointed out highlights of the city. This tour is not for those who are new to London – visit the city with a guide.

Such fun having afternoon tea on a fun decorated bus while touring around the city and the sites. The staff were fantastic and full of fun and positive energy. Food was good, Prosecco was unexpected and enjoyed and wonderful the travel cup was a keeper! I have already told friends who will add this on their next trip to London

The bus looked wonderful and the staff were very friendly.
The tour was very good taking in many of the sites.
Maybe a commentary would have been better than the music that was being played, but this is just my own opinion and the music didn’t spoil the trip.

I highly recommend the English Afternoon Tea Bus Tour of London through Golden Tours. The tour was as described; you are driven around London for a couple hours, seeing many of the most famous sites around the city. Additionally, you are provided an assortment of snacks. As far as finger food and sweets go, they were okay. My only real complaint is the chicken wrap as the chicken itself looked quite suspect. They also provide an assortment of drinks, including teas, juices, and prosecco. While there is no tour guide to point out landmarks, it still is a nice way to view the city and get a better feel for what London has to offer. I recommend this tour to first time travelers to London, especially within the first day or two of arrival.

Loved everything about this tour! The beautifully decorated bus looked like an English garden. Nice selection of tea sandwiches, sweets and savories, as well as mimosas and tea in a souvenir tea mug. A really great tour of all the important London sites. The servers were delightful! Highly recommended!

Food was great, servers were wonderful and overall a great experience. The only downside was that the bus had no working A/C and it was very warm on board. I definitely suggest mini fans to be installed to alleviate this dilemma. Otherwise, I’d recommend this experience.

Food and staff were excellent— bus was really cute but extremely hot inside – there was no A/C so be prepared to sweat
No explanation of where we were driving so we had to figure out what we were looking at on our own—-it needs a tweaking in those 2 areas

We got to the bus area as the tea bus was pulling away so we didn’t get to go. It was my birthday and a sad start for the beginning of it. The directions to where we were supposed to be was not clear and there was no one available to ask where to go. Additionally there was a ton of building construction and scaffolding going on around that area and the building. As of this review I have not received a refund and I feel with no real directions to find the proper bus or location and no one to ask, I should be refunded the cost. If you take any tours booked through Viator then be sure to give at least 30 more minutes before the boarding bus time and an hour before departure to find and locate your bus tour. One tour we found out was not at the location stated and someone sent us to the correct place. Luckily it was only 2 blocks away and we had allowed for the extra time just in case a repeat on wrong place occurred. Glad we did allow for more time!

there were no memorable parts as I was given a slight misdirection by one of your reps at Hyde park as to get to the pick up point ,which led us to being very late for the trip hence missing it completely, I visited the office at Victoria station but got absolutely no satisfaction there either, I would like my money back please!!
