Absolutely wonderful excursion!!! My wife and I truly enjoyed ourselves. I certainly recommend this excursion. Our tour guide, Kelly, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and shared her wealth of knowledge of the city and the residents/stars. She was very inclusive and interactive with the tourists with trivia games and activities.

This was a nightmare!
The online directions given for the pickup were incorrect on your site. We were not given updated directions as to where the bus would pickup. There was no updates on the email, nor did anyone call us to inform us of the new pickup address. My wife was concerned when we didn’t see the tour bus after we waited 10 minutes past pickup. We called the office and the lady gave us correct directions as to the correct location for pickup.
So, we found ourselves rushing to catch a city bus. Fortunately, the correct pickup was 15 minutes away from the old pickup. The City Bus Driver told us where to get off the bus. We are not familiar with California. We are from the East Coast.
We were exhausted when we arrived. The tour bus driver waited until we arrived. He was very understanding.
My recommendation is for you to update the directions on your website. That is an easy fix. I will also be adding this comment to my google reviews.

The bus driver and guide Miss Chelsea was very knowledgeable, inform us the importance history and stories about all the famous building / scenery along the way. It was very informative. She made it very interesting n engaging. The trip of around 5 hours just nice and we managed to see all the so called important landmarks in Los Angeles.Will definitely recommend.
