My son has ASD and was very anxious about doing the Segway
I called and spoke to Natalie and from that point we had the best care possible
Lisa and Nick were our your guides
Lisa was assigned to us for the Segway and she was seriously the best thing in life
She made my son feel at so much ease
She kept praising him and would attend to his needs
My son wants her around him in Uluṟu all the time now
The experience we had with travelling on the Segway around the Rock and the knowledge that Lisa has was incredible
She truly is amazing and did Uluṟu justice
Thankyou for being amazing Lisa we are eternally grateful

Loved getting up close and personal to the rock. Thorough instruction for rookies on how to ride segways. Disappointed we couldn’t get all the way around due to recent rain but guides added short walks to compensate.

Even though we were unable to due the entire full base tour on the Segway due to recent heavy rains in the area I still enjoyed my time. The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first Segway experience. I tipped my Segway is soft dirt and slightly injured my knee, but the guide came right away and helped me and asked after my well being. I rested a couple of days and I’m back to touring again. I would do this again.

Seeing Uluru at “close quarters”, learning a bit about the culture of the Anangu people and hearing their stories linked to the rock. The Segway was a great way to explore this and the guides ensured that we could do this in a fun and safe way. Thanks

This is an absolute must if you want to see this amazing piece of natural history! We went in the summer which can be very hot making a walking tour very tiring. We love Segway tours as they are such good fun. One thing we hadn’t been prepared for were the number of flies. They bred rapidly when it is warm and has been raining for several weeks. A face net is a must!!! These are readily available from local shops.

It was ok. Head tour guide was a little full on. He had a school teacher / head master approach. Would have been better if he was more relaxed.

    I enjoyed this experience.
Learning how to rid the Segway was great and both Nick and Nat were really good in helping confidently operate the machine.
Nick explained a lot of the formation and stories of the place.
We were effectively on the Segway for about 2 hours.

Was a great way to see Ayers Rock. It was a 40C day so an early tour before it is too hot was a good idea. Also circling the rock instead of walking is a good idea also. Breakfast sunrise viewing of the rock was nice also. Segway riding was fun and much easier to learn than we anticipated.

Instructions were clear and made for an exhilarating and Amazing experience.
Huge Thankyou to our with excellent guides that shared a fountain of knowledge regarding the history and culture and made it a very enjoyable morning.

Due to the wet weather the day before, we could only do a quarter Segway tour plus partial base walk, however it was absolutely amazing and enjoyable. We started the day tour very early to see the sunrise. Even though it was quite overcast that day, the view was still lovely and amazing. We had Kyle as the guide. He was awesome and made this trip very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour and maybe do the entire base walk next time!

We loved every bit of this tour. Our guide Teagan was fantastic. Would definitely do it again
    Thank you.

From sunrise tea to learning how to ride Segway, listening different local stories and a full base ride everything was awsome. Tegan our tour guide is full of knowledge and information.
    Highly recommend 😊😊😊

What an amazing way to see Uluru by circumnavigating the entire base! Our guides Malika and Emily where simply the best. Loads of knowledge and always ready to help, answer questions, or take photos! The pick up and drop off was so efficient and easy.

  20. Jeanne_T

The tour guide was very knowledgeable regarding the basic native meaning of the different areas of Uluru. They did a great job teaching everyone how to operate the Segway.

  21. Debra_M

Emily our guide was fantastic!! Really worked with me and gave me confidence in operating the Segway! Her knowledge of Uluṟu was extensive and interesting!!
The only downside to our experience was a really arrogant male staff member (not sure of his name, but he had a dark coloured beard) he seemed really moody and made us feel uncomfortable ) Other than that, couldnt fault it, would highly recommend!!
