Truly a wonderful experience! The staff on the ship was phenomenal and really took pride in taking care of the customers. They were very welcoming. The drinks were great. The food was plentiful. The room was clean. I had no complaints. The lady that made this cruise such a great experience was Hana. After booking she contacted me on WhatsApp and I was a little skeptical at first but I wouldn’t be writing this review if it wasn’t for her. She made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish and any time I had a question or a concern she responded to me in under 2 minutes. Bottom line is if you get to work with Hana you are in good hands and don’t worry about anything. It was such a great experience I wish I would’ve stayed two nights instead of only one. I would highly recommend this cruise!

Really nice cruise, I think the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in Asia. The food was lovely, the staff friendly and the views spectacular. The bus taking us from the hotel and back again was very handy too.
The only thing I’d complain about was the amount of rubbish in Ha Long bay, I know it’s not the cruise operators fault, but maybe there are too many cruises in the area.

This was a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone going to Hanoi. Even though our cruise was cancelled due to last minute bad weather, we were booked in for the next day very easily.
The staff were exceptional and the kayaking to the cave was very fun. We did the Tai Chi class in the morning and it was lovely to watch the sun come up. The food was good, something for everyone. We would have loved to stay another night!
