Very grateful to have found this booking for our trip to Palermo! We landed very late around midnight and were worried about getting a ride into the center after reading about taxis being unreliable. Our flight got in slightly late and we had to wait for our checked bags and the driver was very patient. He was extremely professional and easy to find (thank you Marcello!) and gave us lots of recommendations for the surrounding areas during the drive. We also felt safe and comfortable during the ride.

I was in a panic the late night I arrived in Palermo airport and needed a ride very early in the morning when my previous arrangement didn’t work. I booked this at 2am for 10am pick up. They communicated with me quickly on WhatsApp to confirm I would have a pick up even in a short time from my airport hotel to the cruise port. I paid for a single trip to the airport at 4 a.m. I was traveling solo. The van arrived on time and everything was going fine until the driver announced he was making an unscheduled stop in a sketchy area of Palermo during my trip. I was alarmed and asked him not to, but he picked up some random person from a warehouse in Palermo. I was late getting to the airport. This company is NOT professional. Frankly, this felt scary as a woman on her own in the pitch dark.
