I have traveled all over the world and have taken many tours with Viator and other companies, without a doubt, this one was up at the top. I wasn’t sure at first because it started so early, but when we arrived at Lempuyang, the Gates to Heaven, I understood why. The line to take a picture can take 3 hours, but because we arrived early, it didnt take long at all. This text/review would be too long if I went through Gates of Heaven experience and all the other awesome experiences that followed (waterfall, coffee farm, crazy swing over the rice fields, and silver shopping) because I really want to talk about our guide. Beni, our guide, allowed my wife and I to truly experience the Bali culture. His extremely caring and happy personality brought us to understand the goodness of the Bali people. By the end of our tour, the only negative to say was goodbye to my new friend, Beni. But no worries, I will keep in touch with him via WhatsApp. Thanks again the entirestafffor a onceina lifetimeexperience. This was a 5 plus star tour.

This all inclusive tour was just that. Nothing was left to chance and my driver/guide, Verry, was sensitive and patient with me and my shortcomings particularly at Tukad Cepung. I didn’t have sandals of my own so I purchased a pair of flip flops but it had been so long since I had worn them I had a couple of stumbles during the trek to the waterfall. He was concerned about my safety and attentive to my needs as I got acclimated to walking in the water.
The Gate of Heaven, Tirta Gangga, Tukad Cepung, and the Rice terraces were amazing. Lunch at Tukad Cepung was great, the restaurant was sensitive to my needs as a celiac sufferer.
All in all a fabulous day. Thank you.

I loved the tour. The tour company was very professional, always in communication with me and providing everything needed for a great experience. I was not as interested in the photos as in the history of these places and the culture. I loved having all the information from the guide.

Small car included in package by local operator for long journey. I had to pay extra USD39 but they didn’t deliver promised Innova but an APV. Operator did offer a refund but it’s a hassle when on holiday. The locations for photo shoot was worth it if you’re looking for beautiful memories.

It was an amazing day. We specifically enjoyed the water temple and waterfalls. Millga, our guide, was exceptional. The early morning wake up call may seem daunting, but considering how busy the gates of heaven were that early in the morning, it is necessary.

Our IG photo day was awesome! It was honestly more than what we expected in terms of how much we enjoyed – my husband and I agree on this!
The scenery, the photo ops, the local culture personality, everything! But what added to it was our driver/guides- Tomato, photographer Jayanta and Ekta! They proved the perfect combo for us, as they took care of us and shared their personal experiences, etc.

I had a wonderful time on my trip!!!! Jay, Eka and Verry were amazing! They were prompt with the pickup and I participated in the swinging dress! Everyone was so helpful to ensure the dress was positioned correctly and the photos were done right! If there were any issues of a retake they all were gracious in a retake! They held our bags for us and stood in line to hold our position for different photo props which I was so thankful as I have bad knees. Coming from the USA and the time difference they knew were tired by the end of the trip and helped us with bags! Kudos to this group I would definitely refer my friends and use them again! Thank you all so much for making my visit to Bali memorable❤️
