I spent a half hour to find the meet point but can’t really get it. Tour operator’s phone was no pick up, and I can only contact Viator team. Tour operator gave NO response on rescheduling or refund or anything. Really horrible experience.

There was so much beautiful architecture and history. We were impressed with the detailed knowledge David had..and he didn’t even have a script or notes. Wonderful way to begin our Scotland trip and stay in Glasgow. Highly, highly recommend this tour!
