Wonderful experience. The driver showed up on time and got us from Rome to the cruise port quickly. There was a crash near the port that blocked the entire roadway, but she found a way around and still got us to the port before our checkin time. Would def. book this again!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Our pick up time was 12 p.m. and the driver arrived at 11:30 a.m. Rather than wait, the driver left and when we came down at 11:45, we waited until 12:15 and the driver did not show back up. By 1 p.m. we had made numerous calls (all of which went to a number that never answered) and we were trying to get ahold of the company with the chat. Finally, we had to take a taxi. While in the taxi I called Viator and they said they couldn’t do anything but would contact the company about a refund for us. The owner of the company then proceeds to tell me I’m in the car with the driver and won’t be getting a refund. I explain no, I’m in a taxi. It turns out, the drive took someone else on our transfer, NEVER CONFIRMING IF IT WAS ACTUALLY US OR ASKING FOR OUR TICKET OR CONFIRMING OUR NAME. So, we paid for someone else’s transfer to the ship. I’m incredibly upset about the lack of professionalism and the fight I’ve had to take to get my ~$200 refund for this transfer. The driver should have asked for the confirmation or simply WAITED the few minutes until we were there for our actually pick up time. We even came down early just in case which is what upsets me so much. We were not late.

Never book a transfer … we had one from airport but our luggage was lost so that delay caused us to miss it and lose $168 than the next was from hotel to cruise and the car could not carry our luggage and they said we did not tell them we had luggage… lost $225…use taxi

The Viator website was poor. When my pickup time changed it was impossible to have the website booking updated and the pickup voucher corrected. My travel agent and I had to email the transportation provider several times to be sure that the driver arrived at my hotel at the right time.
The transportation provider and driver were great. The actual booking process was terrible.

Our driver notified us that he was on his way and actually arrived early which was great as we had already exited our hotel and we’re waiting. The large van handled all of our luggage for 4 adults traveling for multiple weeks and it was roomy safe and clean. The driver was excellent…no complaints

Our hotel was on street that was 3 block long stairwell. We called texted and emailed info to pick us up on downstairs side and provided street names. The manager of this company called and ensured us that the driver would meet us at the property which is about 1 block from the bottom of the stairs. There was noway that we would be able drag our luggage up 2 city blocks os stairs. So as we waiting on our driver he sends a text saying he is waiting at the top of the stairs. I had to meet him at the top and show him how to get other side of the steps. We paid for door to door service nit to have to chase the driver down and then haul luggage out to the car.

Wonderful transfer! Seemed a very roomy van with plenty of room for four adults with two pieces of luggage each! Comfortable drive right to the check-in point of our cruise ship! Driver was early and very cord. Definitely recommend this as the best way to get from hotel to cruise ship!
